A tracking number from The Jeweller Plug is supplied 24hrs after the order is processed via email.
In case of a customized item the tracking number will be supplied when the item is ready to be shipped.

Also, please always provide the full address. Make sure you add extra address information, if necessary. We are not responsible for wrong deliveries if the address has been given incorrectly.
